This property is perfect for various ages with seperate areas for quiet naps for little ones, quiet areas for reading a book to a second kitchen on the lower level leading out to the back patio where us adults could visit without waking up the kids. "Our family of 8 had a wonderful time at the cabin! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor spaces. Hot tub, beach, dock, fire pit, all were great! Knocked one start off for a couple reasons..we showed up a little after 4pm and the cleaners were still there so we had to drive around for a while and eventually went to eat supper while waiting. "This property was just what we were looking for with 13 adults and a new grandchild. The large common areas upstairs and downstairs gave us plenty of room to gather, and the large bedrooms gave everyone a comfortable space of their own. The kitchen was very well-stocked with tools and the little things in the pantry you forget to bring on vacation. There was plenty of comfortable seating (and a great hot tub) on the patio to enjoy time together outside, too. The Weber and Blackstone grill...

"We had a wonderful time walking to shops and visited a brewery in downtown Detroit Lakes. We originally intended to cross-country ski the area, but with no snow and unseasonably warm weather, we involved Plan B with family and simply hung out together. The house was extremely comfortable, well stocked, and exceeded our expectations. Great neighborhood, and great host."
