"Property was full and not enough close parking. The beds were really uncomfortable. I think that for the high price we’ve paid the conditions could be better. The lady in the reception was adorable, the bedsheets and towels were exceptionally clean. It was only 3 minutes away (car) from downtown and the telecabine. Elle ne fait aucun effort pour comprendre et trouver une solution ! Heureusement hôtel.com dispose d’un chat en ligne qui ont finit par appeler l’hôtel pour expliquer comment il fallait faire.. accueil pas très aimable et pas d’indication sur l’état des lieux à l’arrivée ! Pas de bonjour non plus lors des passages par l’accueil. Sinon studio sympa...
