Just needed a place to sleep after a wedding. Elevator was dirty, carpet in the hallway was stained. Room was adequate. Bed was very comfortable.

The personnel were very kind, and helpful, specifically the hotel manager. For a person like me, I think it would help if at least hot coffee were provided during the whole day and night. I had to report that the key in one of the rooms (303) got trapped in the door key dispenser and since key dispenser was too old the issue could not be fixed. In the other room (316) the bathroom sink got flooded, water didn't run, it is recommended more maintenance patrols are done to prevent these types of problems.

The staff was exceptional. The facility is in desperate need of repair. The kitchenette was outdated. The stove and refrigerator worked but were rusty, the counter was chipped as was the toilet seat. The A/C unit sounded like a motorcycle.

The absolute best hotel in Frederick currently!!! Sidiqi and Sushma are the best hotel management I’ve ever come across! Please don’t hestitate to bring your family and book this hotel! Bobby the maintenance man and the cleaning staff go above and beyond! Such an amazing place to stay with excellent staff

Get what u pay for. Nice hotel for the price . A lot of homeless there. Be compassionate. We all need love . The property is exceptionally clean . The management respect all . Just there for a couple of days cause my home was having renovations.

The property is in a nice area with lots of good shops and food. Unfortunately the property itself could use some attention to detail like trash around the building and stairways. The elevator was OOC for part of our stay also. The breakfast is minimal, plan to eat out or bring your own supplies.
