Downtown historic buildings have always fascinated me and I love to restore them back to their original beauty. We torn this house down to the studs and renovated everything. This home is close to the canal and about a 10 min easy walk to downtown. Close enough to enjoy all Frederick has to offer and tucked away on a quiet street.
You will feel right at home here. The mattresses are amazing! You’ll have your best night sleep! It has been set up as if we were going to live there. It has everything you would need to cook a great meal if you wanted to stay home. You can walk pretty much anywhere downtown. If you need to you can call an Uber anytime. There is also a MARC train in town if you want to go into DC without the hassle of driving. I hope you enjoy our homes as much as we do.

Tasteful decorated in great location

This place is perfect! Nice location for a fun getaway for the gals. We walked everywhere for great food, drinks, and shopping.. Great host too!

Friendly and Communicative

Danny sent recommendations and was very kind and communicative both before and during our stay. The place was SO cute, and I’d absolutely consider coming back, as this was more of a staycation (I live in DC). Definitely recommend staying here!

I met my daughter in Frederick for a few days of being together. We had the best time. The house was comfortable and located close to everything. We enjoyed walking everywhere. it was a great location.

Perfect location for walking to downtown

The apartment was exactly as described. Very nicely decorated. We felt safe and comfortable. It’s a perfect location to take a walk along the canal and downtown. We would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Great get away

The house was clean and very nice. The owner, Danny made helpful suggestions as to places to eat etc. The location was an easy walk to the historic downtown district. Frederick is a beautiful city with so much to do. We will def be visiting again.

GREAT space to enjoy Frederick!

Loved the space for our family of 4. It is conveniently located within walking distance to all restaurants, breweries and shops. Also very easy to enjoy a nice run or walk through the parks and surrounding neighborhoods. Danny was very easy to connect with when we needed to.

My kid and I enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and the location was perfect for us. We walked to most places. The host was very kind when I had to add on an extra night at the last minute.

Great way to get a taste of Frederick

An old row house that still has its sense of history but has been thoroughly modernized. Easy to live here. Walked to town to shop and eat. Easy access to the highway as well. Even had a nice backyard. I recommend it.

Great Space Girls Weekend

We were looking for a central location to allow a walking weekend of downtown Frederick. The homes' location allowed us to walk over to the train station and then to Carroll Creek Parkway in minutes. All the main roads easily accessible to explore museums, visitors center, shops, arts and restaurants. The home was immaculate, fully accessorized and Danny, the host, was available for all questions or assistance.

We enjoyed our stay here, the housekeeping was immaculate, the kitchen very modern, and the space downstairs was generous and inviting. Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors and easy parking. My only concern for seniors like us (in our 80s) was the steep staircase to the upper floor and the big steps in the front with no handrail. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thank you for a great stay.

Very nice rental. No clutter, sleek decor, great location to canal, restaurants and activities. Never needed to move our car because of so many options within easy walking didtance. Older people need to be aware of tricky stairs and absence of grab bar in shower.

Wonderful, quiet historic building close to everything!

We had a great stay in Frederick in this quaint, historic building. Lovely and clean space, quiet street just outside the main streets where you can find great bars and restaurants. Definitely within walking distance to downtown and parking was super convenient and easy. I would definitely stay here again- perfect for a couple.

Lovely house right by MARC station and easily walkable to all Frederick has to offer. It is an old house and has window AC units but other than that the renovation looks nice / works. Owner was helpful / commuinicative.

Great place. Does have 1 bathroom which we already knew. Worked out well. Would prefer maybe small L shape sofa so more than 2 people can sit back and watch tv.

This is the one you are looking for

This property is cozy, comfortable and very close to downtown. All the amenities we ended up needing (dishes, wine opener, wine glasses, shampoo and conditioner) were included. If I come back to visit Frederick, I'll definitely stay here again.
