"The hotel looked nothing like t he one photo they had posted at hotels.com. there were dead crickets in the bathroom and under the sink and behind the door. The room had a terrible odor and smelled of cigarette and mold. The air conditioner was dirty and you could see a yellowish smoke stain in the face of the ac unit. The shower was old and disgusting and the toilet didnt work. A lady (I'm guessing a housekeeper or desk clerk) began telling us her life story of working for the cartel and...

"The property was nicely lit and was very quiet. It was extremely clean and the manager was polite and friendly. Only negative thing was the room was very muggy, stuffy. A/C would've been nice to walk in to. But it got nice and cool within a Cpl hours. I enjoyed my stay!"

"Clean, extremely friendly, the pool and hot tub were great the kids loved it! The breakfast is good with lots of options. Lots of walkable food and coffe options.
