Adorable house. Great location

Two adult couples stayed here and it was perfect for us. It has a very private backyard with a small pool that we loved hanging out in. Great location and the house was adorable.

Excellent location to Main Street with its own driveway so we didn’t have to park in the street. The check-in/out process is very easy and we never had any issues. The property is very pretty, clean, and maintained. Would 100% book again!

Perfect location

Great place to stay w friends ! We were there 4 days and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and pool time . Minutes from main and close to enchanted rock . All amenities were perfect. Great water pressure and temperature. Plenty of outdoor seating in the front and back . Great property !!!

We loved the property at 714 Franklin! The cocktail pool and backyard were perfect. We loved the location of the property and lounge at the house after our adventures in Fredericksburg.

Beautiful House

The property was pristine! The house met all our needs! The beds were super comfortable! Bathrooms were beautiful! We loved the front porch area and the back yard with the pool was wonderful! We really appreciated having a washer and dryer.

We had a little issue at checkin with our door code not working but they were super responsive and came right out and got us in. The place was so cute and spacious. We loved it! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Fredericksburg!

This place is a great location and very family friendly neighborhood. It was very clean and came with everything needed for a great weekend. We had trouble with the key pad getting in our second day,but luckily someone answered quickly and got it resolved. 5 stars!

Wonderful Escape!

This is an absolutely fabulous home for couples and families. The home amenities are comprehensive and fresh! Interior of home reflects attention to detail, a focus on the visitor comfort and sense of home. You have your own pool! Not many properties in Fred offer this feature and is an absolute necessity for summer visits. Location cannot be beat as everything in town is within 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk.

Third time in Fredericksburg

Negative first: VRBO prices are HIGH. However, that is the only negative reaction to this property, it is superb, extremely clean and I highly recommend it. My husband and I wanted to introduce Texas wine country to family from outside the US, and this was a perfect location. Would definitely consider returning.

Charming Cottage

Enjoyed our stay in this adorable cottage. It looked newly remodeled, and the beds were extremely comfy. The home was fully equipped. Coffee on the front porch swing is a must. We were not able to enjoy the pool but it looked very inviting. We did take advantage of the wine barrel fire pit, along with several glasses of wine. Since our stay was in December and the home is close to town, we took in the beautiful Christmas lights and festive decor around town. We'll be back.

Great Stay!! Will be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house and gated area were super clean and well maintained. The pool was our absolute favorite part and we used it a few times. The house is well equipped and had everything we could possibly need. Everything was in good repair. The house was very generous with towels and I really liked having makeup towels as I hate getting makeup stains on other peoples white towels. Instructions were very clear for the house. The television had lots of channels which my husband enjoyed. This is the vacation house to rent for sure especially if you want a pool. Next time we spend a couple days in Fredericksburg we will definitely hope this rental is available again.

Charming

The home was charming and quaint - the perfect size for our group of four. The location to Main Street is perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. They had a bottle of delicious wine for us and water bottles in the friidge. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. We didn’t get to use the backyard because it was raining all weekend but would have loved to. 10 out of 10

We had such a wonderful time at this charming vacation rental. The home is very clean and has everything one would need. It is in a quite neighborhood. A quick drive to town and HEB, the main grocery store is just 1 mile from the house. The pool was beautiful and so relaxing. We will absolutely be back. I simply cannot say enough good things about this fantastic vacation home!

Wonderful Stay!

The home was equipped with everything we needed (wine glasses, wine opener, utensils, towels, plenty of closet space, wireless charger, etc…). It is beautifully decorated and modern. And it is located in a perfect spot, near Main St. The Check-In and Checkout instructions were clear and concise. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. We will definitely be back next year!
