Become part of the rich history of this four-bedroom Fredericksburg farmhouse, a spacious, century-old home with front and back porches for gatherings of family and friends in the heart of the Texas Wine Country.
Built in 1910 and farmed by the same family for three generations, this house sits on a two-acre plot surrounded by 38 acres overlooking the iconic Texas Hill Country Hilltop. You'll be within minutes of Grape Creek Vineyards and other popular winemakers on the Highway 290 Wine Trail, and just seven miles from the heart of downtown Fredericksburg. Enjoy yard games with your family.
Designated by the state of Texas as a Family Land Heritage Site, this two-level home has a long, storied history of hospitality. As a former boarding house in the 1920s, it has since been entirely updated - offering large rooms, an abundance of sunlight, and 3,000 square feet of living space for family get-togethers, getaways with special friends, and business or church retreats.
Step inside to find two living areas with beautiful hardwood floors, vintage furnishings, and air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer. The kitchen is modern and elegant, offering pristine white cabinets and stainless steel appliances that include a gas range and a dishwasher.
With four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, White Dairy Guesthouse can accommodate as many as 10 guests, and up to two dogs are also welcome for an additional nightly pet fee. You'll find one bedroom with a king-size bed, two bedrooms with a queen-size bed apiece, and one bedroom with a double bed that connects to the “sunrise porch” and offers a pair of twin beds. There's even a private laundry room to refresh your wardrobe after long walks through downtown Fredericksburg.
Head into downtown Fredericksburg to see more than 80 points of interest in the National Historic District, or pick up some local produce at the seasonal farmers market. Luckenbach Texas' funky post office, general store, and iconic country dance hall are located just six miles south. And you'll be just 10 miles west of Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park, the place where the 36th president was born, lived, and is now buried.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
