Cloud Nine offers the chance to have it all during your Hill Country Wine Trail vacation. This 1904 modernized Victorian beauty features a relaxing, resort-style feel. The historical gem boasts ample outdoor space for relaxation, dining, and play, while the 3,800 sq. foot main house includes a gorgeous living area, 6 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms. All bedrooms in the main house have king-size beds! Managed by Heavenly Hosts

The Space:
An abundance of vibrant, picturesque details will catch your eye and capture your imagination the instant you enter this home. The main living room offers comfortable seating underneath the sparkling chandelier and a farmhouse dining table for gathering and making memories. Right off the living room is the kitchen with an expansive and welcoming island with ample seating for entertaining your closest friends and family. Enjoy your music with the provided surround sound speakers with Sonos in the living room and kitchen to set the mood for any occasion. Bedrooms feature plush beds with luxury bedding and extra pillows. Enjoy wine and coffee in the enormous backyard with a gas fire pit, large hot tub, and in-ground pool (shared). Play cornhole or lawn Yahtzee on the turf court poolside. The large outdoor dining area provides lots of seating under the expansive pergola.

- All outdoor amenities, including the pool, fire pit, and gas BBQ grill, are communal and shared between the Cottage and The Casita. Kindly be considerate of other guests during your use. Hot tub is available for the Main House and if you book the entire compound (all 3 homes on property).

Main House:
Bedroom 1: King, ceiling fan, Shared bathroom with walk-in shower and separate tub
Bedroom 2: King, ceiling fan, Flat screen TV, shares bathroom with bedroom 1, bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate tub
Bedroom 3: King, ceiling fan and on-suite bathroom with walk-in shower
Bedroom 4: King, ceiling fan, bathroom is right next door with tub only and handheld shower. Bedroom 4 overlooks the beautiful pool area.
Bedroom 5: King bed, ceiling fan and on-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 6: King bed, ceiling fan, and on-suite bathroom with tub and a handheld shower.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to The Main House. Plus communal Resort Style Backyard which includes the pool, hot tub and open area. Parking available for up to 4 vehicles plus street parking available, if needed.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet and safe neighborhood

Getting Around:
Located on West Main Street, it provides walking access to tasting rooms, restaurants, and shopping, yet is far enough to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Other Things to Note:
- All outdoor amenities, including the pool, fire pit, and BBQ grill, are communal and shared between the Cottage and The Casita. Kindly be considerate of other guests during your use. Hot tub is available for the Main House and if you book the entire compound (all 3 homes on property).

- This is a smoke-free property.

- This property is not suitable for children/infants.

- This property is not pet-friendly.

- This property cannot be used to host events or parties. There is a security camera that does cover the pool area.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
