Patio Sisters is among the most urban chic Fredericksburg, Texas cottages, offering four private guest suites within walking distance of Fredericksburg's Main Street attractions.
Each of the four suites is named for one of the "sisters," and each offers the comforts of home plus the added bonus of a fantastic location in the heart of Fredericksburg's historic district. While each suite makes for the perfect private get-away, you can also rent all four making it an ideal setting for small groups of up to eight guests.
In any of the Patio Sisters suites you will enjoy a spacious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a ceiling fan above a comfortable King-sized bed. You will also appreciate the 42" TV with cable selections along with complimentary wireless internet. Each suite also includes a mini-bar perfect for making a cup of coffee in the morning. Your oversized bathroom includes a chic galvanized metal shower with rainwater head above.
All of the Patio Sisters also offer that most popular romantic amenity of the private hot tub plus an outdoor wood-burning fireplace (wood provided).
If you are looking for great amenities, sleek and simple design and a great location close to all that Fredericksburg has to offer, then you're sure to enjoy Patio Sisters!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Amazing

Absolutely loved staying here. It was beautiful, private, clean, and so comfortable. We came to Fredericksburg to get away just us girls to spend mother and daughter time. It was a weekend my daughter and I will never forget. Thank you.

Great location (2.5 blocks from Main St) with perfect amenities! Just right and well done. Comfy bed, plenty of room, cozy patio with fireplace and hot tub!!

A Little More Details

The set up was ok. The shower needs to also have a hand shower. The ceiling mounted shower head could be a problem for those that are not trying to get their hair wet. Comp water and snacks would of been a nice touch.

Shower sub par Would be nice to have a small bar of soap / box Kleenex Hot Tub could not use chlorine super strong felt line our eyes were burning from it just taking lid off . No drawers for clothes so just had to keep in luggage. But It was nice we could hang up a few things. Bed was nice and fire place

Loved the cottage but a lil disappointed

Check in was easy, we were even able to get a extra night. I booked this cottage mainly for the hottub. Day one it didnt work so I called and they said it was before we got there, well it wasnt heating, so called back and they said someone would be there in the am, noone showed up and I had to call again and they got someone out that evening but they just changed the control board, it still did not get hot. Called again and that night was offered another room but we had 1 day left and didnt want to move all our stuff. Said we were getting a discount but the discount amount doeant help. But I was glad to at least get a discount. The property is beautiful and the set up is great, just hate that the hottub never got fixed.showed up and had to call again. showe

Very pleasant

Great place to come back to at the end of the day. A freezer with ice would be nice, and the hot tub was malfunctioning. You couldn't control the temperature. It was to be looked at but that didn't happen. Other than that it was very nice.

Loved the Property

Great location, wonderful amenities, thin walls. There was a couple in the unit next to us that had a terrible fight and were screaming at each other late at night. The woman apparently was hit. We didn't know what to do. This person might be in trouble. If there is anything we can do to help, please let me know. We were shocked to hear this going on next door and didn't know how to help.

What a great hidden gem just a few minute walk to Main Street. The room was perfect, the hot tub was amazing and the outdoor fireplace was the final piece to a beautiful weekend in the hill country. Will be back.

Perfect stay

My spouse and I absolutely loved the patio sisters in the Clair room! Perfect size, the bed was so comfy, the hot tub was great for the evenings or early morning. Just overall perfect for us two. Would absolutely recommend. We loved the Clair because of it’s location compared to the other rooms, it seemed a little more private than the others since it was at the back and no one to the left of us. Also the location of the patio sisters was perfect, not right in town but on a nice day could definitely walk to main st.

Everything was perfect. About 7 minute walk from main st. Only issue we had was the lighter in the room for the fireplace outside was out of lighter fluid so no fire.

Everything was super nice. Only complaint I have is that the wifi signal in Claire was super low and wouldn't even let us watch TV. The cable box was stuck on one channel and couldn't get it to change at all.

We wouldn't stay here again. The hot tub was not clean. There was no place in the shower for to put soap or shampoo, had to set it on the floor. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was comfortable and location was quiet.

Just be careful when reviewing this place online. It is much smaller than it looks. Quite disappointed. Don't know what I expected, but not that. It's very comfortable in terms of the bed, but that's about all there is.

Thanksgiving Weekend Stay

The Claire was absolutely adorable and made for a great holiday get away! It's about 2-1/2 blocks or so from Main but doable for sure. I would stay here again, but I do have a couple things that need to be brought to attention. The lighting is not bright, but instead very warm and one of the fixtures had a burnt bulb. We were shorted on towels and washcloths on the duration of our stay. I called and asked that they provide more towels and washcloths that were needed through our check out date and we were only supplied with one more set. I ended up buying my own to finish out our stay. My sister and husband rented the unit next door and they too had burnt bulbs, a bathroom sink that spewed water back at them and a refrigerator froze up that they couldn't use. Another thing is the connecting units in the bathroom area have VERY thin walls lol. Overall I would stay here again though, just wanted to bring these few issues up.

Charming Home in Fredericksburg

Loved this cute little house in Fredericksburg. It's about a 15 minute walk from downtown's main street shopping/restaurants. A short drive and easy parking too if you'd rather drive. Loved how quiet and cozy it was, and loved the private outdoor area with fireplace and hot tub. We loved everything about it, except that the hot tub could have been hotter, and we couldn't seem to operate the panel, even after talking with management's help. It was tolerable though. The fireplace is nice, and ready to be built, but would be nice to a lighter, starter paper ready for guests. Thank you so much!

Fredricksburg get away

This place was so quaint and well thought out. It was great location with walking distance to restaurants. We loved the hot tub. We didn’t need WiFi but if you needed it the service was not reliable. You could get it on the front porch but not reliably in the house or back patio. Would stay here again!

3 day get away

There are too many good things to say about this place and I would definitely recommend/stay here again. The only negative mark I would give is the big hair ball in the shower. Other than that, everything was exactly how it was in the pictures and described by the owners.
