Looking for the perfect spot to spend your time in Fredericksburg? Come and stay in one of our cozy tiny homes; each one has its own unique style and layout. Tiny but spacious describes the home's interior. Each has a comfortable place to sit and relax and either a full kitchen or kitchenette (microwave & Refrigerator only) for making a delicious snack or meal. Outside you have your own private patio to take in the stunning sunset while sipping on a glass of wine. What are you waiting for? Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots. Cute, clean, and convenient!

This was a great little place! Very clean & comfortable. Although we didn’t do more than make coffee, there is a full kitchen that is very roomy.

Nice Tiny Home

Nice tiny home with plenty of space and good communication from owner. Navigating to it is difficult as google maps and Apple Maps could not find it but it’s right off the highway easy to find in the day time. Definitely recommend this place

The cottage was small but big enough for what we needed and very nice. Great location near many wineries, with a very nice, new one in the back of the property. The AC's were a bit loud and were only ok, but we overall we really enjoyed the rental.
