This house met all our needs for a long weekend in Fredericksburg! The location was perfect to Main Street, the bed was comfortable, and the couch was the perfect place to chat.
Very clean, well set up, comfortable and exactly as described! Just 2 short blocks from the main downtown area of Fredericksburg! Nice parking space too! Definitely recommend this location!!
This place is perfect for a couple to getaway for a weekend and enjoy all that Fredericksburg has to offer. It is within walking distance to Main St.
The unit is a cozy place to rest, relax and just enjoy time together. Not to mention it is beautiful inside and outside. My husband and I loved staying here.
Beautiful room, amazingly large hot tub and wonderful location. Bed extremely comfortable. Had difficulty logging into WiFi (finally one device, 2nd never connected). We’re retired (so not loud) and had folks next door knock on wall like we were loud 3 times. Only negative.
My wife & live in Boerne, but we wanted to try something different for the 4th of July this year. Your place is beautiful & in the perfect location. We’ll definitely be back when we have more time to take advantage of more amenities. Only one night this time, but it was a “goodern”! We had an excellent meal @ the Cabernet Grill just a few minutes down HWY 16 and fireworks right across the street when we were finished with our meal.
The location was fantastic and check in was easy and flawless. However, I had to knock the rating down for the fireplace not working. I had seen some other reviews saying the fireplace wasn't working, so before booking I verified with the property owner that the fireplace had been fixed. I was assured that it was working. However, it was definitely not. I was able to locate the manual and followed all directions to ignite. Unfortunately, the pilot was not lit and the only way to access the pilot to re-light it was to remove a large glass panel. I didn't feel comfortable doing that, so we just went without the fireplace. Which was a bummer because a cold front had just come through the day we checked in, so it would have been a huge perk and was honestly the main reason I booked this particular property. So, if you are like me, and the main appeal of this property is the fireplace, you will probably want to book elsewhere. On the other hand, if the fireplace is not a major selling point for you, then it's a great rental with a super convenient location.
Great little vacation spot so close to Main Street. My husband and I have some physical limitations that keep us from walking to Main Street but it was only a couple of blocks away and super easy to get to. Great King size bed and fantastic site. Clean and quiet. We will definitely be back!!
We had an amazing weekend in Fredricksburg! The cabin was breathtaking It rekindled the flame we thought we lost! We will definitely book another trip here
The unit is fine, not great, but probably the right value for what we paid. It could use some finessing, e.g., there are at least 3 different light temperatures; the fixture above the vanity is really harsh. (There is a random door panel leaning in a corner.)Liked the high ceiling and room volume.
Stonebridge 1 was clean, cozy, and felt like home the moment we walked in. Eric made everything so easy—from booking to adding an extra day—and his communication was wonderful. When I accidentally left behind a necklace with a treasured family heirloom, he immediately helped and had it safely back to me within days. Such care and hospitality made our stay unforgettable.
Our stay was great. Would like to have instructions on fire place and ceiling fan didn’t work and tub light didn’t work. Other then that our time was spent more in town.
Great location in Fredericksburg. I had rough time finding the property because it’s not marked very well from the street. This one area that they need to improve on to make the check experience much better..
We had a great stay at Stonebridge Unit One in Fredericksburg! The location is hard to beat—just two blocks from Main Street, which made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants while still enjoying a peaceful, quiet setting. The cabin has a charming rustic feel, which added to the experience. One of the highlights was the large jetted hot tub inside the unit—such a relaxing feature and a great way to unwind. We didn’t end up using the outdoor hot tub or courtyard area, but they looked like nice options for a future visit. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. Our only minor wish was that the fireplace had been functional—it would’ve been cozy to enjoy it from the hot tub. The WiFi was also lagged the whole time, but honestly, neither issue took away from our enjoyment of the stay. Overall, a good place to stay in Fredericksburg!
This is the perfect location for us - 2 blocks from main street so that the walk is short but you also get away from the noise at night. There were a few issues with the room though - the fireplace didn't work, the tv had no service (Roku would continually reboot), and the wifi was very very slow and would lose connection so much as to make it unusable. You could also hear the neighbors talking VERY clearly so not super private. I would stay again but it would be nice to know these things going in.
