It was well equiped with everything we needed, all the beds/rooms were super confortable, plus the host was quick to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this VRBO if you are looking to book with a big group of friends (we were 12 and never felt like we were stepping over each other). Also, the location is perfect, very nice view of the river and close enough to downtown fredericton!"

"This was in a great location near downtown and the universities. The place is small but has everything you need. There was even snacks and a bottle of wine at our arrival. It has a pool and a hot tub but the weather was not conducive. It was a great place if traveling with dogs as the backyard is fenced. Great response time to questions. "

"Visited with my sisters. We tend to play Dominos much of the time, and the table and chairs were great for this. Nice outdoor area and sun room. Very convenient and comfortable overall. We "older generation" folks missed having "regular TV channels with news and ball games for example, but this wasn't a big issue. Host replied quickly to questions. Great stay, lovely accomodation."
