"The location was great and we were pleased with the property. The overall condition and cleanliness was good, a few things weren’t very clean but not an issue. A shade for a window was missing by the sleeping couch and should be replaced. We loved the convenience of the location to the train and other shops and overall it was a very good stay."

"The apartment was in great neighbourhood Was surprised that the bedroom chosen for me didn't have more than a sheer on the window - should have also had drapery. Also, the pictures didn't show any livingroom - and there wasn't 1. The only chairs to sit on where around a dining table, would have liked a sofa or comfortable chair. A TV would also have been nice."

"The location was perfect for seeing a lot of Copenhagen in just a couple of days. Accessing the property was easy and the host was timely and communicative. We were surprised by the amount of the security deposit hold and wish the amount and process were clearer when booking. The apartment was lacking in some essential supplies (trash can, paper towel, sponge for dishes) which we worked around well as we were not there too much and did not cook. For guests cooking this could be challenging....

"Property in great location, but major problems with both internal bathroom door and more importantly the door to access the property. We could not unlock the door from the outside, we accessed the property by climbing up and then through an open window. We the nad to leave this window open to get access to the property (a major security risk). Having remotes this below is a copy of the replay I received I am unsure if this can be looked into during your stay. If you need any furtehr assitance...

"We stayed 3 nights here. Very comfortable and spacious. Washer/dryer. Large living room and kitchen. May be slightly challenging for some folks due to 5 story walk up but view worth it. "

"This place was pretty amazing. I'll run the list of pros and cons:Pros: 1. cannot beat the location. Near everything in the heart of Copenhagen. 2. A great layout for say 3 or 4 dudes that are atteniding Copenhell from overseas. 3. Communication was great. Cons: 1. Could be a pro or a con depending on who you are, but there is a klerb outside/below that has lines of partiers until 4 am. Kinda loud2. Stairs! So. Many. Stairs3. Early check in not available which isnt great if arriving...

"The property is in the middle of everything, very convenient. We were a little late to our appointment and they were patiently waiting for us. Since it is in the middle of busy area, you can hear the street noise, especially on the weekend. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to get an inside room. A great stay overall. Thank you!"
