"Walkable to everything I wanted to see: Nyhavn canal, Christiana, Stroget, the botanical garden and castle and the market at Torvehallerne. Dining all around. 3 Michelin restaurants within blocks. I however preferred Joe the Juice 2 blocks away for great sandwiches and coffee. The hotel is modern and the room, a module. All the basics are there and it's clean. Many business people seem to stay here. Breakfast buffet is ok but it's a madhouse. Staff is nice. "

"Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Furniture is not great. Legs of chairs wobble and dining room chairs are very uncomfortable but the beds were fine. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, glasses etc. Bathroom is large but the shower has literally no place to set the soap or shampoo except to balance it on the knobs that turn the shower on and off. apartment is large and bright. It is a bit out of the way from central Copenhagen so if you want to be in the center of action this is not the place but fortunately public transport is excellent and the city of Copenhagen is an absolute delight."

"This is a self-contained apartment in a block. The host did not communicate with us at all in advance of the trip to inform us about: how to check in, where the building was, how we could access keys or even the most basic information. We arrived 1 hour before check-in time not having had any communication from the host. When we finally managed to get in touch, not via the number associated on the booking page, but by a different mobile number, we were told that under no circumstances were we allowed to check in early, no reason was given for this despite the apartment being ready. The amenities are not as listed. There is no air conditioning in the apartment. There is no hair dryer. The iron is located in the communal laundry room. Overall, this is not at all what we expected, or what is advertised. We were not told how to check out, or where to leave the keys, despite asking multiple times, we first asked about check out on the day we checked in and received no responses at all from the host. We were told about 10 minutes before scheduled check-out time what to do. The communication was appalling. The flat was fine - nothing special at all. Bed was uncomfortable and the lack of air conditioning was not pleasant. We would not stay here again, and would not recommend. "

"This place is excellent, local bars and shopping close by and only a ten minute walk into the city and five minutes to the underground. Communication for entry was very good and the owner was very helpful. The apartment is huge and is on the third floor so if walking the stairs isn't for you it might not suit you. Otherwise its excellent and the flat is well stocked and the beds comfy. I would definitely stay here again."
