"Great location for the Forum. Room a bit warm despite air conditioning. Sink in main room rather than bathroom which I didn’t like. Free wine and spirit hours which was a bonus"

"The check-in process was a real problem because I never received email with the instructions. So before I left the airport, I checked all my emails again and then called the hotel which wasn’t easy. You have to wait for them to call you back to get the instructions and how to check in. The instructions to find the hotel once I got to the right Metro Station were also not helpful. Biggest problem was the USB connection in my room didn’t work, which I didn’t discover until I unpacked, put everything away, then to make a long story short, I had to change rooms. That took three hours trying to call somebody and waiting for them to call me back several times. I talked to somebody in Bulgaria, somebody in Estonia. So it was all very difficult and stressful. Also, I didn’t realize the breakfast places were not in the hotel and they were hard to find. The morning I checked out, my breakfast pass didn’t work, so I had to pay for my breakfast and then that was corrected and I got a refund. But that was another hassle. So all in all, there were a number of challenges, it was quite stressful, and I wouldn’t recommend it. If I were to come back anytime soon, I might consider staying there now that I know the drill. The place itself was fine. The room was small but functional and had a kitchenette, which was great and unexpected."

"This hostel was pretty good because it was close to the metro and bus station, just 15 minutes from the town center. The room was decent, clean, and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was alright; there was enough to eat to keep you full for half the day. My wife, 2 kids, and I had a really early flight. We got to the hotel expecting a quick check-in, but nope, it wasn't. The worst part was the check-in process and the staff. They were there but didn't help or tell us how to check in, or where to find our room. I was so mad and stressed, and the receptionists just kept saying, "Don't worry, don't be stressed," and they were even laughing when we were trying to find our room since no one gave us any directions. Plus, I was supposed to get check-in instructions 24 hours before we arrived, but that never happened."
