"I had a fantastic stay at Frederiksdal Sinatur Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the room was. The bed was very comfortable. Although there was no air conditioning or could not find the controls, the room stayed pleasantly cool throughout my stay, which made it very comfortable The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent. "The property said the check-in was open until 22:00, but when we arrived at 20:00, we had to look around to find someone. The description said their bar was open until later, but we were told it was unavailable when we checked in. Our room was in the basement of a dusty inn with ill kept carpets, and the shared bathroom had mildew in the grout tiles. The shared kitchen had very noticeable stains on the appliances. We felt uncomfortable and slightly unwelcome. "
