"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was under construction at the time but everything was very clean and quiet. The location could not be better being at the harbor - 1 minute walk to Foynhagen, great restaurants, and quick 15-minute walk either to Slottsfjellet or the train station. We will happily return."

"It would be nice to have AC option even though it’s Norway. The window was hard to keep open when needing air. The room became stuffy. The bathroom could use a fan for venting while showering and an outlet for plugging in necessary flat iron, or whatever. The beds were odd. Only a thin topper, although comfortable, but wasn’t secured to bed and moved a lot. Sheets were not fitted causing them to shift a lot when sleeping and becoming bunched up. Breakfast options amazing!!! Great stay! "

"The hotel is ubdwrgoing rennovation (it will be completely closed from January for the instsllation of new lifts) but in the room we couldn't hear any noise at all. Parts of the floor near the building works had protective covering but the fully open areas wete lovely. Staff were friendly and friendly (especially to restaurant manager), the breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the room was big enough to have a separate 'lounge area' with a sofa and table. Highly recommended. "

"Arrival at property did not like the fact that there is no bathroom in the bedroom . Bathroom was down stairs and you can smell urine it so bad urine burnt my eyes. It was not conducive for my family . We left and send an email to customer care which was provided and no one provide a follow up email or phone call "
