"Staff is great ! But as others have said the rioms are clean but need serious attention. They are clean but mildew and peeling paper needs fixed and carpet needs cleaned. "

"My family and myself stayed for the weekend and we all really enjoyed ourselves. The cabin is exactly as its pictured in the listing. Its big and plenty of space for everyone. The hot tub amd fire pit was nice, and they even have wood for you tonburn in the fire pit. A lot of cabins I've seen don't provide wood, so it was nice this onw did. The game room was full of games to keep everyone entertained. They have darts, pool table, corn hole, and foosball table. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat on. There was extra pilows and blankets if you need them. The cabin really was amazing and has everything you need. The only thing i did not like is the showers were small and so was the bed in the master bedroom. These things was not a big deal though because there was so many other great things about this cabin....I would rent again!"

"well make sure u check weather cause we picked this place just to go threw caves and tbey closed it due to the storm that came much later in the evening other than that its a really nice place to go stay "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Primrose cabin! The setting is peaceful and private, and the wraparound deck, firepit, hot tub, and kitchen supplies made it a perfect place to relax and unwind. It was exactly the kind of quiet getaway we were hoping for. Check-in was smooth and communication from the property manager was clear and helpful.There were just a few small housekeeping details that could easily be improved with turnover cleaning. The patio lounge furniture had some bird droppings on it, there were a few dead bugs inside, and the hot tub itself was very clean but there was a very odd smell near it that may have possibly been the cover.These were minor things and didn’t take away from an otherwise great stay. With a quick attention to those details, this place would be absolutely perfect. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a peaceful cabin escape."

"Parking was okay. Room needed maintenance, shower curtain rod was not well attached, toilet had only one attachment bolt, no coffee pot in room, front door latch only had one screw attaching it to the door frame, air conditioner was very noisy, front window curtain rod was not well attached."
