"Great place to stay if you are looking for an affordable but great resort experience on the beach. "

"This hotel is not like its pictured online. It is not updated and some things were falling apart. we had roaches in our room and reported a broken luggage rack. nothing was done to change our room or upgrade us. after watching a sunset we witness a couple and there young child playing in front of playa taco as RATS ran across the cement its only a miracle the child wasnt attacked. we reported it to front desk who said its florida its common here we checked out and left 4 days early, booked thru expedia and were not issued a refund even tho hotel only billed us for the one night expedia couldnt reach anyone to issue us a refund so im stuck paying for a week we werent there. food options are horrible if your allergic to seafood your extremely limited on what to eat also if you not there at designated time you cant eat certain foods. the pool areas and walkable areas were very dimly lit and honestly me and my wife felt uncomfortable. would NOT recommend this to anyone every. it took almost a whole day to inflate the water slide, mother nature didnt cooperate nor did the lovebugs that swarmed the whole area covering us as we walked. if it wasnt for the teacher convention it was devoid if customers staying the only plus was water was blue,"

"The property is on the historic properties of the United States list. It is stunning with a rich history. Awesome staff. The breakfast is fabulous. 10/10! When we are in St. Pete again - we will be staying here! Two miles to the beach, great parking, very attentive staff!"

"There was air conditioning and on site parking. We had dirty towels for three days and they didn’t truly clean the room. The bed was remade with the same sheets. We were at the pool and a non profit organization that houses homeless people pulled up and let them all off the bus. There were multiple of them and the staff would not hear our concerns. They had been removed from the property before due to behavior concerns but aloud back on because they can’t turn people away. overall a very uncomfortable experience and was not heard when I brought up safety concerns and told I was discriminating. So, I 100% do not recommend this hotel for any length of time."

"The beach bar and wait-staff was great. Rooms were decent, dated and redone. Bed was SUPER cozy and pillows were amazing. The pool area wasn't very clean, specifically the hot-tub. Access to the beach was AMAZING."
