Awesome private dock perfect for swimming, fishing, and boating. Open common areas to enjoy cooking, meals, hanging out together as a group. Breezy, shaded area under the house to cook out, swing, play bull ring, cornhole, or build a sandcastle. Private beach on the east side of the house perfect for toddlers or catching minnows. Lovely deck area for meals or card games or hanging out. Overnight boat rental available. A casual, fun family getaway without the hustle and bustle of the crowds across the bay!

PLEASE PLACE SHEETS, PILLOWCASES, TOWELS, BATH MATS IN LAUNDRY ROOM. Make sure all trash is emptied and all garbage is removed from the house. Garbage is to be deposited in trash bags in the rolling
Container under the house and rolled to the street for pickup before leaving. Please be sure the top is secured on the bin.Make sure the door is locked and secured properly. Please make sure all
Lights & fans are turned off. In summer, place the thermostat on 77 degrees and 68 degrees in winter. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE ANY FURNITURE OR MATTRESSES. PLEASE text Suzanne 334-728-0525 when you leave.
