"It was spacious for the family had everything you needed to etiquette for your stay. The only issues was questioned about life guards with the hidden dunes condos where you can walk the beach. I would rent again for a family stay just that being questioned saying we need to show that we can be at the beach. Found water bug in the pillows in the upstairs room but other than that it was cleaniss."

"We loved our stay here. From the moment we walked in the door everything was as advertised and more. The home was gorgeous, clean, stocked and the beds were so comfortable. The view was breathtaking and the location was amazing. It was perfect for my daughter and her friends to go out to the beach and enjoy the day or drive to local hot spots to enjoy shopping and entertainment. As for myself and my friend we were in the perfect location to enjoy bike week. Everything was a short ride away....

"Perfect. A few issues but everyone responded very quickly. Fixed electrical outlet, showers needed cartridges, toilet needed new insides to flush, dryer needed new vent. All perfect now. All workers were very responsive. Would definitely recommend."

"We had a great stay at this property for a long weekend. The owner was very responsive via text and allowed us to check in early resulting in more beach time. He also quickly addressed a silverware shortage by dropping off some additional forks. The golf cart was a huge plus and the beach was accurately advertised as only three minutes away. "This two bed, two bath was perfect for our family! We enjoyed our time here. Everything was very clean, and stocked with things that we usually have to bring with us. There is a golf cart for traveling around the resort property. The house had plenty of room for us. The resort property has multiple restaurants, shops, lakes/ponds and a bayside pier that can be fished from."

"Hopefully after our stay they secure the dishwasher to the counter and replace full mattress downstair bedroom bc u can see the depression in the mattress when u walk in the room. New frig was great, location great, golf great but watch those brakes, very touchy. Must try maple street biscuit company. Super close. In the plaza next to you stay."

I had read in an earlier review that there were only five spoons in the silverware drawer. When we arrived I found that to be true, notified the company and they delivered more the next day. "Great location- very easy to enjoy beach and Rosemary Beach town. We had issues getting pull out bed to open and woke up every morning stuffed up, think place needs a good deep cleaning and check filters."

"We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay."
