"Everything stood out - Staff, clean room and the amenities. However, what truly made this hotel unique was the team. Staff plays a very important part in a hotel's reputation, and every staff member I encountered were genuinely welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They handled everything with a smile and a "can-do" attitude. They were all so consistently helpful and attentive! I must say it's rare to find a property where every department operates with such genuine warmth."

"Overall hotel experience 7.5/10 The suites, view, and balconies are very nice but the hotel is roach infested; 3 came running out within 20 minutes of being in room and a few every day but all in kitchen and bathroom none in room that I saw at least. Also, someone took a dump in my room right before I checked in. The utilities in room and room layout look exactly like pictures but my washer/dryer didn’t work and no one knew how to fix it. Food: 9.5/10 no complaints on food but room service order was wrong but still very good. Staff: 9/10 majority are nice a few were just there, not smiling or greeting *False advertising: the private beach is not open and I was told by receptionist that it won’t be for another 1-2 years. Upon arrival, there was no welcome drink, and pool hours are different than what’s advertised online pool actually closes at 7pm not 10pm. I would stay there again if they spray and get rid of infestation and also fix pool hours. "

"Many thanks to the lovely staff members for a well deserved breakfast in the morning. My stay was pleasant and a restful night sleep. The room was clean as expected and I was impressed that a mosquito net was met in place with a fan and 24hour light. The lovely white sand beach was just one minute walk. There was a loud music in the beach but was expected because it was a weekend when thy do their burn fire night. I will definitely stay there again and I do recommend this Resort for holiday makers."
