On the ground floor, you will find a bright living and dining room furnished with 1 double sofa bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a flexible sleeping solution for additional guests. The ground floor also features an open kitchen fully equipped for self-catering, a separate WC, and direct access to a 10 m2 terrace as well as a patio. On the upper floor, the property offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom on this floor includes a shower and a separate WC.

The property is thoroughly equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen on the ground floor features an oven, a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for home-style cooking.
