We arrived at 6pm by that time most of the shops were closed, we had to drive around to find basics like bread and butter etc. but the house was perfect."

"The home is right on Lac Brome, and although the house and the lake are separated by a road, it actually makes the area on the lake much more peaceful. We also had access to a couple of deck chairs and a kayak. We were fortunate to have lovely weather so we were able to use the barbecue, sit outside, and enjoy the lake. "We loved our stay at this property from the moment we walked in the door! It was perfect for our group of friends who were there to catch up and do some skiing. All the mountains were within 30 minutes. We had everything we needed and weren't in need of anything. Our hosts even turned up the heat for our arrival. To cap it all off, the horses next door came by to say hello and we were treated to a herd of deer crossing the lake. We recommend the property and hosts without reservation."
