"The cost for this room is as stated. No frills - bathroom was not very clean - both shower and toilet didn’t look as if a scrub brush was ever used, toilet ran excessively, which is so wasteful. Hard to clean or rinse the coffee pot without possibly breaking it - single cup Keurig would work fine instead of an outdated and horribly stopped up water reservoir "

"The Staff at check-in was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Beyond that the rest of the staff was mediocre and non-excitant at best, except for the kitchen staff on Sunday. I did not get her name, but she more than outshined the gentleman we had the rest of the week. After Sunday the pancakes that were served could have been used as clay pigeons. They were so hard that you could barely cut them with a knife, and many other items were not out or freshened up. We were told at check-in on Saturday that the clean staff would service our room on the third day. As of our departure on Wednesday our room had never been touched, and the only cleaning person we seen was sweeping the hallway as we went out on Tuesday. When we returned that evening, I had to go to get clean towels. This was our first time staying with this brand, and there were some good things, so I will not say we'll never stay with this brand again, but more than likely not here."
