There was blood on a pillow, lipstick on the blanket. Just run down old hotel...cheap though guess you get what you pay for. No bed bugs at least ☺

Good Place to Stay for the Price

Hotel is being remodeled. It is an older Facility so does need work. Bathroom had been updated and the Bed was new(er) with comfortable Mattress and good Sheets and Blankets. Room was Clean when I checked in and was cleaned every day while I was there. I will stay again if I come back through the area.

Not fancy but functional and good value

Staff was helpful and friendly even when checking in very late. Breakfast is basic but coffee is good.

It was nasty didn't even stay the night burn holes in the blankets and dead bugs on the floor asked for a new room once then left will not go back!!!

You get what you pay for

It was peak season so I was lucky to get a room at all. I wasn't expecting anything great for what I paid and I wasn't disappointed. The only disappointment was they advertised a pool and it was drained when we got there. The beds are a little hard.

terrible weekend get a way

This hotel does not deserve even a 1. The pool is filled with green scum, the first room they tried to put us in had blood all over the matress. I think the staff actually live there. Did not feel safe at all. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

way too much money for the hotel!

the hotel was dirty,holes in walls,smelly. I have never slept anywhere this bad. at 7am there was hardly anything available for breakfast.

Low price, no issues.

It needs updated but the sheets, pillows and standard size mattresses were in great shape, clean, and comfortable. Everything was clean and had no bad smells anywhere, and was the best I could locate for the price. The lady at the desk gave me some breakfast items for my crew, which was nice. I did not see wifi advertised but they had it. Microwave available in hall. Denny's is in the parking lot, and Kroger's is very close too. The smell of corn fields on the way was a treat for our visit to Cedarpoint.

I needed a bed and shower for fishing trip.

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean, and towels were clean and soft. Bedside lamps were burnt out.!No bedside radio to set an alarm! The door on the refrigerator fell off onto the floor when I opened it!

Sleepover due to driving distance

2nd worst hotel I've ever spent $89 / night for! No improvements in years.. musty, stinky, nasty conditions. .lamps didn't work. Toilet was dirty.. carpet was disgusting. . Never felt clean / comfortable in the 9 hours we were there.. Don't stay here!

Great location as it is close to the highway. Property is somewhat run-down and could use some sprucing up. Staff are merely adeqaute - did not seem to want to go the extra mile.

This was an average hotel. It is definitely outdated but not near as bad as most of the places I stay. I would say it has good value for the money.

Drive through Denny's parking lot to get there.

For the price the room was ok. Hallways warm. Even though the room had an exterior door, unless you left it open you couldn't use your card to get in it or the end of hall exterior doors had to enter through single front entrance. Needs refurbishing. Hotel staff not visible.

Very disappointed! not worth the money.

We had asked some friends to go charter fishing on lake Erie in Ohio, So we got 2 rooms they were suppose to be single queen beds for each room and it was two full size beds in each or 2 very small queens. The top locks on both doors were broke off and you could barely lock bottom lock. Both rooms had a bad odor and when I pulled the comforter down I found black hair on the sheets. Our friends plugged their phone chargers in their room plugs and they never charged. Our tv was ok but our friends had a cheap old tv. The beds were like sleeping on rocks. and when we got up to get free coffee at 6 am there was none. I will never stay at another travel lodge again. Free breakfeast my butt!

Very Pleasantly Surprised

Everything was very clean we had a smoking room and it smelt very fresh only thing that wasn't up to excellent rating was the water pressure was very low in shower only gave us one pillow and the weird smell in the lobby other than that it was excellent

Not worth what we paid for.

The manager was not friendly. We were told there was a pool and free breakfast. The pool was not usable. The breakfast was lacking. The motel had a horrible smell.
