"I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cherry Hills in Omaha, and it was a five-star experience from start to finish—largely thanks to the exceptional front desk team. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff set a welcoming, professional tone. Check-in was fast and seamless, and they greeted every guest with genuine warmth. Whether answering questions about the area, accommodating requests without hesitation, or making checkout effortless, the front desk crew went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. Beyond the stellar service, the rest of the property was just as impressive: Location: Situated right off I-680 in the Cherry Hills Plaza area, it sits in a quiet, safe pocket with grocery stores nearby and quick highway access to anywhere in Omaha. Car Park: The free on-site lot right out front is spacious, clean, and very well-lit at night, making parking and unloading luggage completely stress-free. Rooms & Amenities: My room was quiet, spotless, and comfortable with reliable Wi-Fi, a microwave, and a mini-fridge. The 24-hour fitness center is well-equipped, the indoor pool is clean, and the hot breakfast spread was kept fresh and fully stocked. A front desk team that truly cares about hospitality makes this hotel stand out. I will definitely stay here again!"

"The room was comfortable. The bathroom floor scraped the floor but the hotel said they fixed it after we left. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Rooms need more lighting. Hard to put makeup on when you can’t see. Everything was pretty quiet. Not a bad place at all."
