"I recently stayed at the FirstName Hotel in Bordeaux and was thoroughly impressed with the overall quality of the experience. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and professional, providing attentive service throughout the duration of my stay. The room was clean, well-appointed, and featured an elegant, modern design that added to the overall comfort of the stay. The breakfast buffet deserves particular mention, offering an excellent and generous selection that made for a truly enjoyable start to each day. In terms of location, the hotel is ideally situated directly in front of a tram station, providing convenient and direct connections to both the airport and the city centre. This made travel to and from the property seamless and efficient. Overall, I would highly recommend the FirstName Hotel to anyone visiting Bordeaux, whether for business or leisure. It offers an excellent combination of comfort, service, and location."

"Good location for the airport and lots of parking for bigger cars and vans. No elevators ( that’s the nature part) so be prepared to lug your luggage up one or two flights."

"My third stay at this Odalys Aparthotel and nothing but praise for the comfort of the Studios, the excellent location ( within easy walking distance of all the attractions of Nantes) but, above all, for the friendliness and professionalism of the wonderful staff. They made me feel really welcome, a huge plus to a solo female traveller!! Its association with the Catering/Tourism College is another added extra as there is a great value cafe & restaurant in the building if you don’t want to self cater. Definitely my place of choice ( and I have sampled several of the other Aparthotels in Nantes), ticked all my boxes and hope to return again next year. Thank you for your hospitality!!"

"Really enjoyed staying here and felt the staff were very accommodating. Hotel was comfortable and in a great location. More teas and coffees in room would be appreciated and toiletries were quite drying. NB parking is limited but other options are available close by."
