"This hotel is wel priced and you get what you pay for. I wopuld liken it to a Premier Inn in the UK. Nothing wrong with that at all. Breakfast was limited but fine enough. It was disappinting that being a hotel that welcomes dogs, you weren't allowed to take them into breakfast with you, which means my wife and I having to eat separately at different times. The hotel is a fair walk from the centre of St Jean de Luz and backs onto a busy main road. It is clean and well presented. Would i stay here again - yes."

"Unbelievable property on the beach in France. Most people think of the Mediterranean when you say the south of France but Biarritz and this hotel is just as good or better! Top 5 spas I’ve been to worldwide!"

"The property is nice, the rooms are very clean. I love that there’s a lot of trees in the property and around. It is a little bit far from everything but there are markets nearby and the bus is really easy to take. My only complaint is that when we arrive, the man at the reception told us that we had not paid, he charged us for our stay, we could not get the receipt from Expedia because we had no Internet, and he would not give us Wi-Fi until we paid. After connecting to Wi-Fi I could get the receipt, but since it was late at night when we arrived and we were tired, we had to do it until the next morning and they did give us a refund But since it takes 3 to 5 business days, we are still waiting for our refund. That was a big inconvenience for us and it wasn’t pleasant to get into an argument with the staff."
