"Check in was seamless, I booked the suite with the jetted tub. Upon entering the room ( 414 ) I noticed that it seemed old / not well maintenanced. The ceiling has water damage, the tub had rust & the sheets & pillows had stains on them as if their washer / dryers were old and didn’t work well. I had to request all new linen & towels but the icing on the cake was the roach I spotted in the bathroom ! I contemplated changing hotels but I already stayed one night & only had one more night to go in which I wasn’t going to be in my hotel most of the time anyway. I moved all my stuff to the room above on the 5th floor ( 515 ). That room was significant cleaner ! I’m not sure why they didn’t put us in a room that was better kept in the first place !"
