Unique touches blend art and practicality with hand-crafted stair railing and a tiled walk-in shower in a secluded location to create a welcoming and peaceful place to unwind alone or with your family and friends. Rejuvenate and renew in the seclusion of the quiet woods of WV at The Deerling! $95 Pet fee required if furry friends are also coming.

This cabin is off the path that we normally take! It is secluded and beautiful! My children absolutely loved it there! Even rainy and cold we had a great time! It is very clean and the owners are the most awesome people! A must have for people wishing to take a step back and relax! My children ran around the huge property and made all the noise they wanted while laughing and giggling!

I loved the stay. The cabin is perfect for off the grid living. Everything was above and beyond my expectations!! I highly recommend if you want to get away from it all The Deerling is the place to go.

Our stay was wonderful. No phonecalls could come in or out but we enjoyed that extra quiet. The WiFi helped with maps and boredom. The Coe county store down the road was really nice. Great food and prices without having to go too far. We did Fasnacht this year and this place was close by which helped greatly! The steep incline to get to the cabin shocked us at first but we soon mastered it.

The cabin is exactly as others wrote: clean, in quiet surroundings, in a beautiful location. Yet the earlier positive reviews did not do justice to how good our stay there was. You can sit on the porch for hours and not hear one man-made sound. We loved walking around the area. We have stayed in many VRBO homes and cabins over the past ten years and this is one of the best.
