"The facilities themselves were nice, the place is cute, and it was clean. It was well equipped with cooking items. However, there was not adequate access to the beach. There was a huge metal gate with a padlock that was randomly closed at various times which made it so that we had no way to get to the beach. I messaged the contact person multiple times and they just kept telling me to look into the book and that the instructions were there. There was nothing that talked about a huge metal gate...

"All problems we had at the beginning (unclear directions, bad smell in room, non-working light and hair dryer) were all fixed within 24 hours. If you want/need to stay in the area, it’s a good, quiet accommodation, but otherwise Tahiti-iti doesn’t have a lot to encourage multi day exploration. "

"This place was excellent! Claude, the caretaker, was one of the kindest people you will meet. He didn't speak a lot of English, but he made every effort to help in any way he could. Honestly, he did very well with what English he knew. We had one issue while we were there, and Claude came over immediately and fixed what he could. "Beautiful boutique hotel in downtown Pape’ete. Perhaps the best one there. I stayed in the one bedroom suite at the harbor end of my floor, which had a balcony off the front sitting area. I slept on the sofa and noticed that traffic noise started building by 4:30 am. The bedroom was removed from the noise, so likely no one else will be bothered by it."
