"Check -in: Confusing. Great greeting..then we were ushered to have a seat in main reception area without being told why. We just wanted to check in and be shown our hotel. After 10 min or so, we were greeted again and then told to scan a an online app on a little board in front of us, and fill out online forms ourselves to check in, and most importantly give our credit crd for incidentals, meaning everything we buy,drinks, lunch,etc. would be billed to room. Along with any damage We finally got our room, and it was great! We got the garden pool suite for first 3 days and Overwater Villa for last 2 days. Both were great! No minibars, which was a surprise. But we got water. For the garden pool Villa, we stayed swimming in the little dunking pool and lounging in the completely closed off yard all day and night. It was great having the option to go au natural! The Overwater Villa we got, (418) was one of the furthest out, and the deepest water, which was kind of nice, since we could view some adult sharks swimming back and forth in front of the villa. You can also climb down and snorkle among the coral to see beautiful fish. Not a ton, but enough. It was a little difficult to get around the coral to explore beyond without going around into the deep where the sharks are, but apparently the sharks are harmless, but I didn't want to test it, so I did not go too far. The villa was beautiful and there was an ice station right on the boardwalk. Pool close too. Wish they t"

"My stay at the Kon Tiki hotel was wonderful. A very friendly and helping staff who is always willing to cater and to assist. The day I had to leave, I had things to take care of with my belongings and they invited me to remain inside the premises (at the patio on the 1st floor) in order to fix things with serenity and calm. I was very grateful for that. The hotel is very well located in the heart of the city and their rooftop floor is lovely especially at sunset. I have been treated like a king and do therefore highly recommend this accomodation establishment."

"Bien que l’hôtel soit très bien, le réseau internet est absolument exécrable ce qui créer des problématiques importantes si vous devez travailler voire même si vous devez l’utiliser pour vos besoins personnels. En 2026, nous ne devrions pas rencontrer ce genre de situation et tout particulièrement, pour un hôtel de ce niveau et au coût exigé."

"The room i was assigned to initially had problems withe the toilet and tv that couldn't be rectified. The staff was so helpful especialy the front desk manager that helped us relocate to a beautiful suite."

"A beautiful resort, My 2 complaints would be,, with a 5 star resort , the swimming pool was substandard at best. Besides a underwhelming size for a 5 star resort, the siding in the pool was falling apart. Also, to slow of service , and many of the staff did not speak English which made it hard many times to convey our wants or needs"

"Bungalow was super clean and spacious. Great amenities and breakfast. Really liked the corals cultivated under near bungalows that attracted lots of beautiful fish The hospitality manager was very friendly and greeted every guests at breakfast and dinner"
