"Nice room and a great rooftop bar upstairs. We were here one night and staff was very friendly. Only drawback- not a great part of town. Homeless folks milling around and lots of buildings under construction and a loud drunko bar next door."

"The room i was assigned to initially had problems withe the toilet and tv that couldn't be rectified. The staff was so helpful especialy the front desk manager that helped us relocate to a beautiful suite."

"A beautiful resort, My 2 complaints would be,, with a 5 star resort , the swimming pool was substandard at best. Besides a underwhelming size for a 5 star resort, the siding in the pool was falling apart. Also, to slow of service , and many of the staff did not speak English which made it hard many times to convey our wants or needs"

"The reason we didn't give the property 5 stars is that the rooms are a little far from the beach. No view from the rooms other than the garden area. The breakfast was more than adequate but the eggs were not made from fresh eggs, obviously they were powdered. The property should try to relocate the roosters roaming the property, so loud starting around 3 am."

"We loved the cleanliness of the room, the decorations, and also the breakfast in the morning. The hotel hosted a benefit for breast cancer and it made the visit feel magically local in a way that I would not have experienced otherwise. We loved that."

"Bungalow was super clean and spacious. Great amenities and breakfast. Really liked the corals cultivated under near bungalows that attracted lots of beautiful fish The hospitality manager was very friendly and greeted every guests at breakfast and dinner"
