They were very caring, making sure we receive top service and advised us on our plans. The cabins are very cute and cozy, and very clean with perfect views. "Une parenthèse bucolique en Terre du Milieu. Une cabane en bois adorable , spacieuse et confortable, à l’abri des regards ( seul bémol, nous avons dormi tout ouvert avec la chaleur et nous sommes faits dévorer par les moustiques). Les pinailleurs diront bien évidemment que ce n’est pas vraiment une maison de hobbit, je vous dirais que ça y ressemble beaucoup! Une bonne literie, cuisine équipée. "A lovely, typically French, hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for four nights to enjoy Collioure. The location is perfect, three minutes walk into the centre. The room was cleaned every day. Our room had a balcony, which was lovely. Breakfast is buffet style with a range of good quality options. We were there in August, and the air conditioning was very welcome! Highly recommended."

"Location is SUPER!! overlooking Luz-Saint-Sauveur, comfortable & efficient space. clean sheets & enough linens, but you have to make the beds or pay a fee. Checking in was a bit of a hassle since we didn’t notice the front desk timing but they were thoughtful enough to send me an e mail, but still I didn’t read it! It worked at the end & big thanks to the front desk lady for her efforts to reach us. Only 2 comments I would give to the management…. Please provide soap & dishwashing detergent, & maybe consider adding a washing machine. Note: there’s no a/c so if it’s hot it could be uncomfortable"

"Great location. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Don’t pay for parking as there is free parking at the bottom of the road in the big car park. The outdoor pool was so unclean. It was apparently closed which was a surprise in Sunmer and during a heatwave but we were not informed of this. There were some residents jumping into it and I’d imagine they would have been poorly next day! Although the rooms were clean, the balconies were really dirty. We can to clean the surfaces to be able to lean on them. There were no chairs to sit out which was a shame. There was space in front of the balcony which had all broken glass and an old poor towel that had been left. Not nice to look onto. Our superior double had a coffee machine but in the 3 days we were there we only got two pods and they didn’t get restock each day. Same for the bottle of water. When we asked at reception we reluctantly got a further two. Overall a good hotel with a great location. Attention to detail could be better."
