The location was incredibly convenient for getting my heavy bags to and from the train station, but still close enough to the centre of town to explore everything Nice had to offer. "Very well located by the "Promenade", as well as the Place Massena/soppinng district and Old Town, all of which within walking distance, this big property is convenient. The rooms are comfortable, but as the hotel in general, they are a little outdated, and would need some kind of modernization. The rooftop has superb views, but again would need some renovation (showers, access, bar etc). The gym is small and under-equipped. The spa was closed when I stayed there... It is overall a good place to stay on a short family or business trip, especially for its location."

"The hotel is beautiful and the amenities are great. Most of the staff was very friendly. There were two instances when walking back into the hotel after a day out that staff members approached and asked me what I was doing there and where I was going. When I stated that I was a guest of the hotel they looked surprised. I guess I don’t look rich enough"
