"The property was not well kept, they fail to mention it is on a noisy and busy intersection. Room constantly smelled of Tobacco/Cigarettes. There was some suspect white powdery substance on a side plate, burnt underneath by flames left over from the previous tenant. So was not properly cleaned upon our arrival. "When we arrived at the property we had done a big food shop in preparation for our stay. We soon found out that the hob was not working. I tried to get in touch with someone for support and this was difficult to do. I spent a portion of my time awaiting responses from someone via the messenger platform as there was no number provided.
