There was a floss pick lodged in the cushions, crumbs throughout, and the entire room had a strong odor suggesting it had been smoked in. In addition, there was visible pet hair, hair on the kitchen sponge, and various stains and marks on the walls. Overall, the room was in a very disturbing and unacceptable condition. "

"Because of us visiting family over the past 9 years. We've stayed at multiple hotels in Fresno area and this was one of the best one's we've ever stayed at. The staff was friendly helpful and great customer service. The breakfast had great options and was kept will stocked also extremely clean as well. The room was spacious clean. The best part that my family enjoyed was the indoor pool. "
