"What a great find in Leith. Easy parking, excellent reception and a very well decorated and appointed room. Comfortable bed. The bar at the top was very cost, well stocked with terrific views. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was in the bar area which I didn’t have - continental."

"My room was huge and luxurious. Good shower, blackout curtains. 2 hours late checkout for £15. The airport bus leaves right from front of the hotel, and station is a 3 minute walk. V&A Dundee is only about 5 minutes walk. Only issue was the heater in my room didn't work. "

I certainly would stay here again and not bother with the over priced hotels in the centre of town . It’s very close to the tram stop and near the lovely port of leith and its cafes and pubs "
