"The location is on the edge of a quiet village and with only subtle sounds of frogs from the pond and whinnies from the horse it was bliss. This was our 2nd stay and would love to come back again. Transport is required to access local shops but the ride out is so lovely it isnt a worry. We stayed for the 80th anniversary of D-Day and found it a good base to stay for the events. "Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette jolie maison au milieu des chevaux et des champs. Il y règne un grand calme. Au cœur du pays d’auge, tout est accessible à plus ou moins 20 minutes. Les enfants ont bien profité du jardin. Nous gardons l’adresse pour une prochaine fois ! NB : petits détails pratiques qui pourraient être ajoutés : un porte manteau dans les chambres qui n’ont pas de penderie et un plus grand miroir dans la salle de bain de l’étage"

"The house is set at the end of a very rural drive through the French countryside. Whilst VERY rustic, it has all the amenities you would expect, but is a compromise between a pretty old building and modern refurbishment. Perhaps not for everyone, but we loved it.
