"Everything was great. My knock really is on Expedia's link to the hotel's database. They had no record of us booking the night and took a half hour to clear up the problem. We may have even gotten a lesser room for higher price. Hotel was great,the reservation snafu a pain."

The hotel was very clean and the room design was nice and accommodating . Small but efficient use of space . The bathroom well designed as well. Great experience , made our Berlin visit really memorable ."

"Overall, our stay was disappointing. The rooms were far too warm because there was no air conditioning, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. We also had a poor experience when the elevator to the parking garage was out of service. We asked for assistance getting our luggage to the car, but no help was available. Considering the price, we expected a much higher standard. The rooms were quite basic and did not offer good value for the money. Unfortunately, we do not feel the hotel lives up...
