"My husband and I stayed two nights, arriving late in the afternoon. We had no difficulty finding or getting into the property. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were out doing things in the area most of the time, but did enjoy a slow, quiet morning and loved being able to walk to the nearby park and enjoy the view. We were also in the apartment early one evening because of light rain, just reading and checking emails, etc., and missed the basics for preparing our own food....

"First time in Maine and the cabin at its location made the stay even so much nicer. Watching the sunrise at 5am , relaxing nights on the deck. The cabin was rustic but functional, spacious enough but still gave that cozy felling. We will be back. Thank you for your hospitality."

"The view was amazing! Clean and nicely decorated. In saying that, There were no pots and pans, knife to food prep with and no can opener in the kitchen. I purchased a set of pots and pans and a can opener. All of my food in the fridge spoiled. I had to throw it all away the fridge was not cold enough and needed to be repaired. They need to update there mattress it sunk in the middle and was very uncomfortable."

"This was our 5th visit to Boothbay as a family and our 2nd stay at this property. We absolutely love the central location, the house has everything you need, clean, and a/c units if needed. Oh and washer and dryer which is essesntial when traveling with kiddos in my opinion. I did notice some other mentioned the stairs to get up to the condo which didn’t bother us at all BUT could deter someone if stairs are a problem. We will be back!!! Thanks for hosting us!"

"This VRBO rental exceeded expectations. Despite being attached to the owners' residence, privacy wasn't an issue. The hot tub was clean and enjoyable, with a great deck view. The loft was cozy, and the kitchen well-equipped, including a washer and dryer. Little touches like coffee and chocolates were appreciated. Great location near Camden, Belfast, and Rockport. Solid choice for a getaway."

"The property is new and clean. The view of the ocean is lovely and it was very quiet there. It is very close to the main house so not sure how private it would be if someone was staying at the main house at the same time especially since the window facing the main house has no shade. The kitchen is well stocked but wish they had some non stick pans. The listing states that there is a dishwasher but that is not accurate. There was none. It is a 10 - 15 minute drive to Moody's Diner. We did get...

"We rented 2 tiny houses for Mother’s Day weekend , the property is adorable and has all you need, from dish soap to a first aid kit 👏👏 we grilled and cooked up a storm lol Can’t wait to go back !."

"Great views. House pretty clean & supplies were fine except only 3 coffee cups for 6 adults. VACasa said they would get more cups. They failed, never received. Some lights didn't work & lots of dead bugs in light fixtures."
