"The house was nice and as listed. The host was very responsive to messages."

"Very nice place for a family or group. Plenty of space and the coveted pool is a bonus"

"We were impressed with the cleanliness. Did not see a single bug (dead or alive). Could use more outlets and shelves to charge devises. But overall it met our expectations perfectly."

"First experience with Vrbo and could not have been happier. The house was in excellent shape and spotless! I don’t think there was anything that we needed that was not available right down to the pool table! The owner had left entertainment/restaurant magazines which were a big help in choosing where to eat! The location is Convenient to the airport and a short commute to NASA. If we ever return to Houston again, we’ll certainly stay here."

"Beautiful, spacious, clean home!! Looked like a new house inside...immaculate, smelled great, cold AC, nice clean/comfy beds, and great amenities like washer/dryer, stove, huge fridge...all stainless steel appliances. Fresh towels, clean bathrooms...every little detail made this property have an "at home" comfort feeling. We would definitely stay here again. Great communication from host, and easy to access/check in. Also, really good location, just off Hwy 45 ..easy to get to and super quiet,...

"We had a wonderful stay at the Kozy Cottage! The historic location and property are full of old-world charm. The home was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was very well-equipped with everything we needed. It was a comfortable fit for our family of five, including our 6-year-old. The hosts, Cameron and Caprice, were incredibly considerate and responsive. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area."

"I recommend this property for anyone who is visiting Houston."

"Met all our expectations lovely home."

"Home offers plenty of space for 6 guests, and the area is wonderful! Close in proximity to the local harbor, we found ourselves enjoying the local dining scene close to the water. Property is modern & well thought out for guests, rooms offer plenty of comfortable beds and location is close to NASA, fun bars/hangouts as well as HOU Hobby Airport. Owner was communicative & directions/access was super convenient. A definite bookmark for our next visit to the Lone Star State!!"

"Smells like pee, the Pac-Man machine is real, the parking is terrible, the neighborhood is sketchy, and the unit honestly smells like pee. Also, it’s a guesthouse not a full house. I’m pretty sure someone will be watching you. "

"This apartment was very roomy & comfortable and can't beat the location! I was staying for a multi-day meeting at the convention center and this worked out beautifully! Would also be great for anything at the Toyota Center (right across a small park). As others have mentioned, it is noisy - earplugs are provided, though! Kitchen is small but serviceable. Host very responsive to my inquiries. The security for the building is very good - gates and electronic lock. Neighborhood streets got crowded...

"Very unique and clean! Enough space for 2 people. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful trip!"

"It is an apartment building also but its perfect for what I needed"

"Check in is at a kiosk which didn’t generate our Keyes. There is a front desk person directly across from the kiosk. There is individual working when we checked in told me to try another kiosk very unhelpful. Other than that the place was great and the bistro is a fun casual bar"
