"The property was awesome, the 2-bedroom villa was excellent and the whole staff was pleasant. However, they will have to figure out the seaweed issue, because not being able to use the beach at the resort can’t be a long-term solution."

"Excellent stay at Sugar Bay! The staff were all pleasant, welcoming , and accommodating.. The location is ideal, being located in walking distance to restaurants, the market, and the strip. Our room was cleaned nicely each day and the pool area was well maintained. Would definitely stay again. One recommendation: check to see if it’s seaweed season… other than that everything was top tier !"

"Honestly, Oualie is not the most posh, most modern resort. It's even rather rundown. The accommodations are simple, humble and can do with some work but the sheets are clean (if you get where I'm coming from), the food is nice and staff are available, neighbourly and they work hard. What Oualie has is that natural tucked away, untouched, unspoilt beauty.
