Vacaciones maravillosas

Wonderful home, beautiful location.

Absolutely perfect place, to spend many relaxing days around the pool. And looking at the stars at night. Quick drive into the lovely frigiliana. Very clean house, and the outdoor area is very well kept. Everything you could need is on hand.

Ubicacion perfecta

Prachtvakantie gehad!

Erholsamer Urlaub in traumhafter Umgebung

Excellent holiday villa

Firstly the hosts are great with communication, especially when we had our flights cancelled last minute and had to purchase new ones, Marisa and Jesus were very understanding even though we then had to check-in early hours of the morning. The villa itself is beautifully well maintained, surrounded by lovely mountain, village and sea views and is very quiet being in a semi rural location. Definitely would recommend hiring a car for this stay which we did because it is a 10 minute drive from the village, Frigiliana, up into the mountains.

Beautiful property in tranquil location

We had a lovely 10 days in the property. It has excellent views and is well positioned for walking and cycling routes. Some nice restaurants on the road between Frigiliana and Torrox but you would need some sort of transport, car or bike to get to them. The house itself is beautiful, well equipped, with generous outside space and nice pool. Perfect for a romantic get away for 2. Can't fault it and would definitely return and recommend to others.

Fabulous farmhouse retreat

Amazing views over the mountains and sea. So peaceful and tranquil. Walked into Frigiliana in 30 minutes taking the track in front of Hotel Rural. However, a car is essential. Plenty of mosquito repellents required but had an amazing stay 👍

Perfect house and location

This is a charming (spotlessly clean!) house, full of character and perfect for a couple. The outside space is beautiful and exceptionally peaceful. Perfect for bird spotting (lots of birds of prey flying overhead)! We were greeted by Jesus who was very helpful and friendly. A car is needed but you can also walk into Frigiliana in 45 minutes. We fell in love with the house and location and would definitely return. 10 out of 10! Thank you to Marisa and Jesus for a lovely stay.

Beautiful views down to the sea.

We really enjoyed our two weeks in the sunshine. Peace and quiet here and good for sunbathing, Alternatively there are plenty of places to visit nearby both on the coast and in the mountains. It was still March but the pool was open and we did go in a couple of times although it was still cold; no doubt it will have warmed up by April.

A home from home in paradise!

We stayed in this beautiful little house at the end of September for 10 nights and I can honestly say it was the nicest place we have stayed in 14 years of visiting Spain. The location has spectacular views over the hills above Frigliana reaching down to the Mediterranean. There is a very large terrace area on the south side of the property with a pool and a veranda. Inside the house there is a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and an open plan kitchen/ living room. Jesus, the owner, met us when we arrived at Frigliana and brought us to the house. He made us feel very welcome and there was a bottle of wine and some snacks left for us on our arrival. Everything in the house was very clean and smelled fresh and we felt like it was a home from home very quickly. The only downside is that you really need a car if you are staying at this house as there are quite steep hills leading up to it from Frigliana but if this property was in the town itself you would be sure to pay at least twice the price. We felt like we had the hillside to ourselves and when we wanted to go to town it was only a few minutes drive away. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Frigliana.

Amazing place, really relaxing break

We loved this place so much. The patio/pool area had amazing views, the pool was big enough to dip in, cool off and play a few games, the BBQ area was great. Inside the house was well stocked with pans/cutlery etc and plenty of towels were provided. All contact with the owners Marisa and Jesus was easy and they were very friendly. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Wonderful Holiday

I cannot recommend this little house more highly. The location is simply stunning and near a beautiful village. On arrival the house was spotless and provided everything we needed for our stay. It was difficult to drag ourselves away some days! Thank you Marisa and Jesus and we will most certainly be back as soon as we can. Gill & Graeme, UK.

Farmhouse in Frigiliana

One our arrival we had no idea where the farmhouse was. We were met at a local filling station and lead up to the property. Up and up we went through Frigiliana and out of the other side of the village, then down a long track. When we arrived we stepped out of the car to blue skies and one of the best view you could imagine, all the way across Nerja and over the sea beyond. The property while having surrounding neighbours is remote and peaceful. It was so relaxing and was well equipped and at sometimes we were happy just to hang around the house rather than go out for the day. Sitting outside all you could hear was a distant farm dog or cockerel and once a day a herd of goats with their tinkling bells would cross the top of the track. You do need a car to get around as it is remote but at the end of the track just before you meet the road there is an excellent local bar/restaurant within walking distance. Its very authentic and unpretentious and we were looked after there for our evening meals. We will definitely be having another holiday there soon. Marisa and her husband are on hand if you need them (just a phone call away) and they are so friendly. We would highly recommend this location, we had a great time but we were so relaxed and it was fantastic to spend time together, just the two of us. Thanks Marisa
