"It was a decent hotel"

"The staff was amazing and the breakfast had a variety of options. The only down side is that we woke up and noticed that there was mold on the window wall."

"The property has a good location, but it is a very busy street and it doesn't have a good noise isolation. So, it was hard to sleep and the noise around starts early (5am) with local traffic and train (it is beside a train station). Staff if very kind. I had problems with wireless internet and they worked to give me a cabled internet to work. They are very committed with user experience, I liked that. Many restaurants and local stores makes it very accessible place."

When we first entered the room, we immediately noticed several issues. The air conditioner was leaking water onto the floor, the restroom had no fan, and there were no small towels for bathing.
