"The house is very nice and well appointed. It was clean and comfortable. Everything needed for preparing meals is available in the kitchen. Hot water never ran out (there were 10 of us)! Wifi is excellent. The house seems pretty centrally located and convenient to all amenities on the island. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, etc to be used. It's very nice that the owners also offer the use of their golf cart. We had a party of 10, so we rented an additional cart for the week. With the torrential rains this week, it would've been nice to have access to the stairwell that leads to the area under the house, but we probably wouldn't have even thought about it if the weather had been better. We didn't really get the opportunity to use the back deck (except for using the gas grill once in torrential rain) because of the weather, but were able to grab a few minutes here and there in the rockers on the front porch, which was quite pleasant. The hostess is extremely accommodating, taking our needs into consideration for an alternate check-in time and also allowing our furry family members to stay with us. This house was the perfect hub for our Fripp family vacation. "
