"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is immaculate, tastefully decorated, in excellent condition and well-stocked. The views onto the marsh from the living room and upstairs bedroom are spectacular. The location is peaceful. Our host, Barbie, was warm, welcoming, accommodating and communicative. The beach at Fripp is gorgeous and the vibe on the island is friendly."

"We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The place was very clean and well maintained, which made it easy to relax right away. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making meals simple and convenient. The location on the island was perfect—close to everything without feeling crowded.The rooms were spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out. Having two golf carts included was a huge bonus and made getting around even easier and more fun. The host was excellent with communication, always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. On top of everything, the rental was very reasonably priced for what was offered. Highly recommend!"

"I try every year to find a new unexpected place for our family to visit and this year was no exception. The house was beautiful and easy to find, tucked away on a quiet street. We were immediately greeted upon arrival with the sound of sea birds. My children rushed up stares to the back porch to see the yard, and were surprised by a family deer waiting for us as if they knew we were coming. The house was well kept and tidy. Allowing everything we could for the time we were there. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for good quality time with family or friends. "

The house was super clean, very well appointed with personal touches everywhere and absolutely everything we could possibly think about needing for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. "House was perfect for our annual extended family reunion. 12 adults and 1 toddler had a wonderful time enjoying the heated pool/hot tub and of course the beach. We had plenty of cookware, plates and cutlery for all of our meals. Loved having 2 refigerators and 2 dishwashers. Property manager was very attentive/responsive. First evening (a Friday) noticed main floor AC wasn't cooling. Property manager responded promtly and scheduled maintenance folks for first thing Saturday. Issue was resolved before lunch on Saturday. We plan to book again in Feb 2027 for our next reunion."
