The Space:

Welcome to 3 High Dunes, a well-appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat nestled on scenic Fripp Island. This charming home offers the perfect blend of coastal relaxation and modern comfort, with breathtaking ocean views and glimpses of the golf course, all framed by the iconic silhouette of Hunting Island in the distance.



The upstairs primary suite is a private sanctuary, featuring a king bed, an ensuite bath, and its own secluded deck—ideal for morning coffee or evening stargazing. Downstairs, you'll find two thoughtfully furnished bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with two full beds, both sharing a conveniently located hall bath.



Enjoy a bright, open-concept living space with a cozy sectional sofa and sliding glass doors that lead to the main deck. Dine al fresco at the outdoor table with seating for six, or soak in the salty breeze and coastal views. A full laundry room adds extra convenience for extended stays.

Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
