This home was perfect for two families. Lots of room to spread out and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was amazing and a joy to prepare meals in. You never felt separated from the rest of the group. Overall a great property. Would definitely rent it again if staying in Frisco.
We had 9 people staying for the week (3 different families) and the layout of the home was perfect. Plenty of room and convenient for skiing at Breck, Keystone and Copper. The home had everything that we needed for the week.
We traveled with three adults and two kids and the property worked out great. Nice size, everyone had their own space. Beds were comfy (the master has a feather top that is extremely soft) and the kids loved the bunk beds. Communication with the property manager was stellar - he texted and was incredibly responsive.
Couple things to keep in mind is that the freeway is very close and while it blends into the background, it can be heard. And for parents, the furniture is not nailed down so keep kids away from the wall shelving.
