This nicely updated studio, 1-bathroom deluxe condo is an excellent getaway for a couple or family/group of up to 4. The living area is cozy and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV with soundbar that’s great for watching the game or your favorite shows. You’ll love the wood fireplace too! A large sliding glass door provides plenty of natural light and leads to a balcony with superb views of Mount Royal and the surrounding peaks. The full kitchen has white quartz countertops and everything you’ll need to whip up snacks and meals including a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher.

To top it all off, this unit has access to a shared hot tub, elevator, and a parking spot in the underground garage! And you’ll know that everything is ready for your vacation because each of our properties is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and our helpful staff is available 24/7 to ensure you have everything you need to make your vacation a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Overall very good. Great location. Easy check-in and good communication. Liked the hot tub. Kitchen needed a few more pots and pans. And something fell apart on the Murphy bed.

A great ski condo!

Really enjoyed staying here for a weekend and skiing at Copper and A-basin. The place was very nice and the property management staff was very responsive. I would stay here again!

Great Spot!

The unit was very clean and conveniently located to Main Street in Frisco! The unit isn’t large but the space is utilized very well. I would stay here again and would highly recommend.

Location and attention to detail!

Perfect location for adventure! Hit all the local ski resorts with the easy access to the shuttle stop and minimal driving for those resorts that didn’t have shuttle service. It was very well organized and had everything we needed! My son left behind an item, and we were called immediately by staff to let us know, who had it shipped to us. Will stay again!!

Studio unit for a wedding weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and a good size for two people. We didn’t use the stove or dishwasher, but they looked new. The refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot worked well. I worried we would be hot since there was no air conditioning, however the fan and open sliding glass door provided cool air. The disadvantage is in the morning, we were awakened by street noise and other guest. The bed and linens were comfortable. Our issue was parking. I was aware that a large SUV or truck could not park in the assigned place. I drive a minivan. I could fit in the parking place, but could not open my driver’s side door because of the concrete wall. A car was so close to our passenger door, we couldn’t slide out. The management company told us to park two blocks away, but it was raining and a street music festival was going on in town, so there was no parking. Luckily, we found street parking right behind the unit. This unit is in a perfect location to walk to the town.

Wonderful Mountain Getaway

Super close to everything but also in a quiet area to wind down on the deck afterwards with a view of the mountains. Entire downtown area and the marina was walkable within 5-10 minutes max. Several trailheads within walking distance. A lot of great restaurants and bars. The unit includes a parking space in a heated garage, big plus. The unit itself was clean, well stocked toiletries, linens, kitchen equipment all clean and high quality. It is very well laid out. It is a smaller space but they really maximize it. Management company communicated well - they checked in on us via text during the stay and were available for questions or assistance. Only critique is that this listing states it includes a hot tub however we didn't learn until the day before leaving for our trip that the hot tub is only available seasonally from November to April per the HOA rules so it was not available for us to use. But would stay here again.
